RightNow Technologies and BIG SHOW
Business Objective: Develop an opening video for RightNow Technologies (RNT) annual User Conference. The goal for BIG SHOW was to develop a video that would help RightNow launch their new CRM sales component. The launch of this sales component required a keen focus on RightNow’s brand identity and product messaging.
Situation: RightNow Technologies partnered with BIG SHOW, a full service event marketing, design and production company, to develop an opening video and design and manage their annual user conference. They wanted to kick off the event with an impressive look at RightNow’s recent successes while building awareness with their existing customer base about the full CRM suite of services that RightNow wanted to expand. BIG SHOW also needed to tell the RightNow customer story in an interesting visual way. It was imperative for them to secure a partner to produce a video that would share BIG SHOW’s vision for their client’s conference. To accomplish these objectives, BIG SHOW chose Mercury Multimedia as their video partner.
The Mercury Solution: Mercury worked seamlessly with BIG SHOW to create an impressive video and together managed the production from concept to delivery of the final tape. Mercury captured interviews from customers across the U.S. and profiled each of them in a documentary-style format, alternating between the customer experience and the RightNow salespeople that worked with each customer. Mercury tied the entire production together with RightNow imagery and upbeat music. The final video depicted different RightNow success stories and gave customers a deeper understanding of RightNow’s entire CRM suite of services.
Result: The annual RightNow User Conference was kicked-off with a compelling opening video that delivered a vital message to RightNow’s customers.
